Voices of Wynncraft not working with fabric

Hey, I have a question it seems that I cannot get the latest version of Voices of Wynncraft to work with Wynntil's latest version and I'm having trouble with fabric as a whole. Would someone mind giving me their insight on this matter as I'm lost, Thanks!

Also when I use the Forge 1.12 version the voice lines occasionally break, anyone know why? Thanks.

VoW fabric needs Cloth Config to work

make sure you're in 1.19.4

What about Farbic? I can't seem to get it to work it crashes as soon as I try to launch it

you need to download cloth config

otherwise you'll crash on launch
