  1. Open command prompts (Win+R, write cmd, hit Enter).
  2. Move to the directory with the installe .jar file (command cd <path>, for example cd C:\Users\rohan\Desktop)
  3. Run the installer using java -jar <installer file name>, for example java -jar VoicesOfWynn-Installer-v1.1.jar

Okay, tried to do clean install of the 1.2.1 patch for Fabric, then downgrade it to 1.2 and then update it to 1.2.1 again.

No errors.

Issue resolved. I downloaded the full jar on my phone and transferred it to my computer.inthink my pc having some download issue.
