Me and my friend has bought the game and sometimes inside of our private lobbies our entire games crash completely with it saying Fatal Error.

and nothing else showing on the error message. I will attempt to get logs

guys i learned how to fix mine by setting he open xr to steam vr and turning off the meta quest plugin

Not necessarily, but if you're interested in getting into the game in the near term before the devs work out these last few weird issues like you're experiencing it's a decent option to try.
