the hate is caused from the 4 day wait which was steams fault and their bad schedule

and copy these into the game binary folder

LibOVRP2P64_1.dll
and
LibOVRPlatform64_1.dll

The op is deleted but try to uninstall then reinstall the meta link PC app if you're having dll issues
