Zombies aren't real, sure. But if they were, they would have to have realistic physics and bone breaking and whatnot. Plus, the only reason you're able to rip off their jaw in the first place is because they're rotting (That's the only reasonable explanation I can think of anyway). It's easier to rip dead things than living things. Think rotting logs, how theyre really easy to crush under your feet and rip apart, same applies to flesh.
