Too much of an NPC spawning

I made a serve people join. And someone came in and spawned so much XA music crashed my game, so I am thinking that they should have a limit of a certain amount of NPC spawning

yeah same someone joined our lobby and spawned so many fat zombies that it crashed the lobby
