Weapon twisting doesn't work

In one of their early videos back in 2024, they showcased how knives can be twisted inside wounds. This doesn't work in game. I'd imagine it would be due to improvements/changes in the physics and models but I would like to see this feature be re-implemented

Physics will be the same on quest and pc the only thing pc has that quest won’t is graphics and performance

I think some settings got disabled during refactoring but the stab system should still support it, I will look into it
