So if you shoot their head off with a shotgun. They don't just fall they have a push where the bullets landed. Take this example.

This is bad demonstration but you get what I mean.
Improve I hope:
If it's a fatal (killing) attack, with a gun. They will fall the direction the bullets hit, so if you hit them with a h shotgun in the head straight on. They fall that way a bit instead of just falling to the floor

tbh that's not realistic, you could literally move someone with a gunshot with a shotgun and EXTREME short distance, if what you mean by this is that the body is gonna slightly go out flying backwards
