This sounds cool but way too unrealistic (in terms of adding it), it would probably be too hardware demanding and even if not, it would be really difficult to implement, especially for such a small thing, game would take forever to develop. I'd expect this more from something like GTA 6, seeing as how that is probably going to be a game-breaker in the video game industry.
