When holding your fingers against the neck, or the wrists of a human character, your controllers will vibrate and you will hear a pulse.

If the person is dead, you don’t feel a pulse.

This will help distinguishing dead people from just unconscious people, which will be useful in conjunction with these two posts:

I think it would be good if you could hear your own pulse faintly so you have to destingush between the two

Feeling an enemy pulse to see if their actually dead, instead of Faking or unconscious is cool

Generally the pulse goes up when running/jumping/swinging and down when relaxing

And in more advanced ones you could send em into cardiac arrest by CPR too fast
