Getting infected (by the Wound)

(damage type) we get infected by the unbandaged wound if we dont cover it with a bandage and get infected and we get damaged by it and there should be a medicine for the infected wound

if theres gonna be a multiplayer

Ties into an advanced version of medical gameplay and could get tedious and annoying on more casual servers but for the green hell game enthusiast it could certainly be a thing
