Ai perception improvements

(This is a repost but i think it needs to be added. I am the original poster of the suggestion tho.)

Make it so ai have a line of sight and noise detection so you can be stealthy and so that modders can use it in mods like stealth missions or last of us stuff (might be obsessed with last of us vr lol. Want it so bad.) also make stealth melee attacks do more damage cuz b&l stealth is so annoying when you attack them and then they turn around unharmed.
