Please elaborate your first point
for example in blade and sorcery, the npc moves feel like they are in a bad preset, and then they get set back to their original positions, also the moves have nothing to do with what you are doing, I saw in the videos that you can crouch and crawl, and a different move set for these would add to the immersion, so like if you are crawling the ai would recognize this and do like a slam move if you were in combat,or for crouching they would actually aim down instead of punching a ghost above you.i hope this makes sense to you.
