If a zombie bites you specificly in a certain limb like arm or a leg then you should be able to Cut your own limb off to stop yourself from being infected, or if bitten in the shoulder or neck then you cannot save yourself, i dont know how the ai works but if it could like randomize were to bite if its on the left it either goes for your left arm or left shoulder same for the right if directly infront of you it goes for shoulder or arms, but if behind it goes directly for the shoulder or maybe neck.
