mechanic: upon injecting, it heals the player overtime for around 10 seconds. The item could also increase players speed, like some video games do, but this is optional as adrenaline shots are mainly used to "increase survival chance incase of a bleed out."

Step 2. Apply tourniquet
Step 3. Self injection with this beast
