I think this lacks in VR physics games where the NPC doesnt react towards these things and I think it’ll add a lot of immersion. Blood trail does a decent job of this.
What I mean by “reactions” is say you were to shoot them in the leg, they would end up limping or falling to the ground. Or being shot in the arm and not bring able to use their gun and they actually HOLD their hurt arm. Im not a game dev but Im gonna guess this would be hard to code.
#Reactions to gunshot wounds, stab wounds, punched etc.

Those are "souless" players models since they are the same texture of the guy in video
Realistic ≠ fun (limping part)
There was showcase of destroying bones in the arms paralyzing it so i think this is getting implemented (arm shot part)
Yes, Ik they are all “souless” in the videos, Im just generally saying for when they add touches to the npcs and yeah i mean I understand that some people might not find complete realism fun, but I still think there should be an aspect of realism as it would be cool and personally I would find it fun
sure sure
I would find that fun
Yeah i’d feel super immersed
Especially if the npcs scream in agony as they try to walk on that broken ankle and leg I gave them
