How I fixed it:For me I have a nvidia card, but for amd I think it has similar settings. So I went into my nvidia control panel and when to the adjust desktop size and position. There I had "Override the scaling mode set by games and programs" checked, and I unchecked it and when I tried my mc in fullscreen it worked. Hoped this helped.\
