The matter regarding the account bans is very important and required careful consideration, which is why the Anti-Cheat Team conducted detailed monitoring, resulting in the delay.

Upon internal review regarding the ban, we found that there is a very low probability that the issue might occur on iOS version 18.4. However, we did not find any conclusive evidence on the affected accounts that would justify lifting the sanctions outright.

That said, since we did receive confirmation that the issue could happen under very rare circumstances, we will be lifting the bans for certain users—whose situations are not definitively clear—on the update day, May 29.

The NSM Development Team strongly advises that players update to iOS version 18.5 before updating and launching the game again, in order to prevent recurrence of the issue.

Additionally, please be aware that these accounts will be subject to ongoing monitoring for several months, and we sincerely hope the same issue will not arise again.
