BIPOD IS USELESS, FIX IT PLEASE

The bipod is supposed to greatly reduce the camera shake and the recoil (26.5% of the full recoil for MG3, 25% for DP-28, 30% for M249) but right now the recoil multipliers for those guns (adding the M110 too) while being prone are too high, and the camera shake is huge. The only gun where the bipod is viable is the Mk14.
Fix this alongside the recoil, please.
