I think that you should add an advertising campaign on YouTube in a smart way that shows the players that once they join they will be able to get free NC and therefore free SurvivorPass shipping... I didn't see this message back then, but there's a very important point you missed that I want to point out
Yes the offer was very great of free NC, but you must also remember that in game money or currency is of no value to a person outside of the community
A person plays a game for fun and not the rewards collected
So advertising for free NC won't be helpful on a reasonable scale that the game needs
