This game has only two options shutdown the servers or announce a new workforce. It's not something unexpected, everything what is happening now is the result of wrong decisions in the past which made Krafton to believe that the audience rejected NS.

Not the game is surviving but devs are surviving in Krafton.

To know what is happening someone from the management team should:

1. play this game
2. communicate with players
3. consider NS important & promising enough to investigate the situation & compare reports with the actual timeline, correlation & causation

I doubt that it's happening, I think they blindly trust NS devs & misled by reports, because they have nothing to lose or gain to question the credibility of team with whom they worked in the past, this trust is like some sort of nepotism

hence it's getting only as much investments as required for fees

From number 1 point, if they play the game pro player like use kill them easily and he will be back in lobby, repeating same step he will get frustrated then employee will uninstall the game

I don't think so. You don't have to be pro. The quality & quantity of players in regular matches are equally low, not anything close to pre-season. Also mature persons don't think about winning or losing more than just enjoying the game, BR is more than just that.

Pro play only in custom rooms.
