It was bearable until the New era update where they made the map to be more saturated than the revamped Erangel of Pubg PC
Ginger filter or radiance would make grass darker & ground lighter but with side effects like dimming. It's also a human anatomy & perception issue, depending on the individual perspective we don't see the colours in the same way as others so we shouldn't make fun of OP or hate him, just that filter hysteria is actually overrated by Wynn's subscribers, they confuse a lot of things & allow him to fool the audience

Ginger colour contributes to the ground layers without making the grass unrealistic & accompanying radiance can compensate dimming when it comes to poor quality textures but we have nothing to radiate if we have one type of grass everywhere
So called 'sound improvements' were not about quality but quantity so I don't get why we still have one type of grass, they are not even using our storage wisely
talking about sound improvements, the fall sound they implemented last update is buggy
and I don't know what the HD texture pack actually is for, there's not much difference at all
the trees are low poly even on HD textures

Erangel on Pubgm looks cartoonish but other maps are actually decent
Discrete grass distribution is not possible on mobile hardware, I haven't seen any mobile game actually implemented it
Every mobile game does the same continuous grass distribution but in Alpha tests Troi simulated the discrete distribution with smaller grass patches with varying foliage models
so that's why it looked impressive compared to the current one
I meant vortex pattern (geometry), it more how one cluster of textures (even similarly distributed) connects with another cluster

Between the clusters radiance would underline not the texture elements but their relations & that requires minimal resources & doesn't require to change sunlight composition, at least that's what I've experienced in games related to radiontion & radioactive stuff but no one thought of it as a filter. It plays only with the lower ground bcs on higher ground the sunlight exposure overshadows radiance if it's additional filter

If you have a xiaomi cell phone, there are ways to have more image filters in a simple way.
We are confusing readers with 'indirect lighting' bcs any light has a source & in case of filter even if locally something looks like lighting still it is not a part of open-world by itself but additional filter where lighting looking areas are distributed directly from the screen & not any part of the map. I speak about monolithic & diffusional filter, which locks the lines on the basis of temperature. Engeneering & optical measurements required to redesign textures according to the angles

I use these, improves the vibrancy of the existing filters
but that would never happen, they simply don't have enough employees to analyse & adapt every milimetere of those 8x8 maps
I don't think they would put that much effort in map designs much less than taking enough care on Foliage optimization
& 'baked shadow' is actually a joke because diffused shadow will wash out any sign of original colours...
this filter will work only on Lite graph without shadows
The sunlight of Troi is more reflected than diffused, there is no difference between horizontal & vertical lines
well... I wonder if u know that global illumination is applied to TROI
though its baked

Troi is the only map that has dynamic lighting effects right
Unfortunately it contributes only to shadows & objects, the rest of the light is absorbed by flat surfaces instead of making retained layers of light which would work like shadows on the brighter light from the main source. The current situation doesn't really help to spot the enemies

I feel like global illumination is not well implemented and also auto exposure doesn't work when you move from interiors to exteriors and vice versa, and the LOD models used for Troi map's foliage is 2 models at most for any given tree or a shrub or a plant
I found this at one of the Vermont compounds, they basically scaled down one of the main tree models on Troi and placed it there as a plant 
funny thing is it don't cast shadows like the big scale tree does

In my opinion the new filter should be based on m24 Bleeding edge effect distributed c-like & then correlated with the temperature of FOV, locking each line bow-like
their leaves r too lack to add that backed ambient occlusion things
and this is with ambient occlusion enabled by custom graphics

yes, mostly because of calculations & angles for each area
from us that would take only storage because it's not real radiation but only a sensitive filter which reads things we are unable to see

In Newstate's case it's not possible considering how the game deviated from PC pace of gameplay
and Newstate doesn't even share the maps of PC title so it's not possible for cross play, at this stage of the game it's not even worth making it cross play since the charm of the game is gone and Pubg on mobile has a different kind of audience that prefers another Pubgm than a realistic or grounded or a survival based BR game

Hd textures are only for buildings and terrain. They're 4x higher resolution than normal textures.

I'm not sure about how much input has gone to dev from cc regarding Newstate but I was saying in general that the mobile gaming is influenced highly by cc than it does on other platforms
Guys, pick only one for the next Major update:
1_ improve overall graphics with more customizable settings.(including color tune, rendering, optimization,etc...)
2_new animations with PUBG PC movement style.
3_fix all the existing bugs.
4_add new maps from PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS.
5_fancy skins???

This list is probably on the whiteboard at Krafton studios where they shouldn't particularly work on 
but I will take any one of them over the generic updates we are getting constantly, since the next update will be probably focused on the TDM and other insignificant things as they do all the time
