I'm assuming what you mean, is when you look around while in a car, the camera doesn't go back to the centre. If you're talking about this "issue", then this is not a bug.

me too, i thought he was talking about the car's camera not resetting to its centre, but he says it happens rarely, so I'm not sure now either.

I think he means that the car automatically drifts sometimes. Like you've pressed the turning buttons but the car turns more than it actually should.🤔
