* One Replacement Armour Plate That Spawn With Dyneema Vest (can't pick more than 1 also it's available in drone shop u can buy this when u have no Dyneema Armour plate) This Will Help U To Repair Dyneema After Getting shots. Repair Armour Plate Is Available In Health Wheel.

* Slightly Increased Protection Against 7.62 AR Guns (Need 3 to 4 extra bullet's to knock a enamie).

* Slightly Increased Weight For Normal Military Vest Lev 3 (Character Running Speed Decreases Over Time So U Need To Use Energy Drink For Avoiding This). After Making This Change So Many Players Use Dyneema Vest's Too.

* Decreased Movment Speed While Prone Situation For Dyneema Vest Because Of The Extra Ammunition Space (If They Manage To Add Extra Ammunition Space Or Extra Bag Capacity In Future Updates).

Dyneema vest desperately needs a change

I like plate idea but if they are planning to add repair kit it would be pointless

Not pointless if they add Dyneema plate to Shop and normal repair kits to ground

Dyneema wearing players have advantage

Buying plate by using drone shop

Normal vest players need to search everywhere on the map

For Armour repair kit

Also Dyneema Vest is new state exclusive vest and they need to make some uniqueness in this vest catagory yeah there is a uniqueness Dyneema has reduced lighter ammo damage deal and increased heavy ammo damage deal but still most of the players don't pick this because it's only useful if enamie using lighter ammo also no extra features providing with this vest category

Lev3 one is OG vest everyone will use it also Lev 3 was not going to get major Nerf.
dynn was exclusive to new state and this vest buff make sense

To balance out the things what you said above in the game, it would take time and few updates. As everything can't be implemented in one go

But sure dynn vest and military should offer more and distinctive possibilities in future
