It seems to me that in the alpha test, there is more vegetation that makes it clear that Troy is heavily overgrown. And now, Troy looks like it has been abandoned for several months, and enough time has passed on the alpha for the vegetation to completely grow through the asphalt. The lighting that we don't have, the graphics are set to ultra.
