because it doesn't start the song instantly, instead it waits for the song that is already playing to complete before playing, because its adding it to number 1 in the queue instead of number 0 if that makes sense
Well you yourself have mentioned forceplay and this is exactly what it does. It plays the requested song right away
this wouldn't play it instantly
it would add it to the top of the queue right below the song that is actively playing
0 PLAYING SONG
1 BUMPED SONG
2 QUEUE
like this
Dunno what you're talking about 🤷♂️
It's pretty simple.
Lets say I just did /play song and it puts that song at 55 in the queue.
a /bump command would be like doing /move 55 1
it doesn't stop the song that's actively playing, it moves it to being the next song that plays in the queue
Alright, lets focus on forceplay for now, because it is easier. Use /play command to request a first song, then use /forceplay some_song and see what happens
Okay, but if forceplay isn't what you want, and playtop isn't too, so what is else left that you wanna do with the song?
okay you're right it was playtop. thank you, i don't know how I didn't see that.
