SSL Woes on Windows hosts

First and foremost, you should know that the below fix is absolutely no longer necessary. It was created for a time between this issue occurring and Windows having to release a hotfix in the form of being bundled with “Security updates” for their OSes.

Yea i just installed discord once in that vps the issue was fixed
