Sometimes when picking up loot, the item appears in the "items received" on the top right notification, but does not actually get added to the inventory.
Time Observed:
Approximately between 12:30 AM EST and 1:30 AM EST.

What Happened:
I received my first blue weapon from the Everdune Arena dungeon. After picking it up, I saw the item appear in the loot notification on the top right of the screen. However, after teleporting out of the dungeon, the weapon was not in my inventory.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Enter the Everdune Arena dungeon.
- Complete the dungeon.
- Open the reward chest.
- Pick up all loot one by one
- Confirm item is in the top right notification
- Teleport out of the dungeon.
- Check inventory.
Expected Result:
Loot picked up should be added to the player's inventory.
Actual Result:
The loot appears in the pickup notification but is missing from the inventory afterward.
