the only female character ive seen with a personality beyond roomba with a knife and a playboy magazine taped on it has been octavia, and even she was flat compared to stolas's arc, who she only exists in the plot for, its just not great

She also said that not every character needs a tragic backstory or something like that and can be fun-loving cheerful people

I’m in love with Chaz and I am so upset he died. I can only hope he makes a return in a flashback episode, maybe if we get a more Millie focused episode we’ll see her time with Chaz

But I think Millie is fine how she is at the moment, and she doesn’t need a backstory as dark as Blitzo, Stolas and Moxxie

She’s the lighthearted support of the group, she just so happens to be a female-

Charlie is like that in. A way. But we already know she has some tragic backstory based on the pilot with her call to her mum

i once watched a video critiquing helluva boss and one of its complaints was that millie is still just moxxie's wife, she's not enough of her own character

like please there was a moment where they were seperated, that would have been the perfect opportunity to have seen more about millie and how she's internally dealing with this Chaz

Viv said herself, she doens't plan to give Millie much of a 'backstory' but she will be getting episodes focused on her and her life and stuff

She's not meant to be a tragic character, she's just the happy-go-lucky cheerleader of the group who so happens to be female,

Viv is the one who said herself she wants Helluva Boss to explore the male main characters and she wants Hazbin Hotel to explore their female main characters. Blitzo/Stolas and Charlie/Vaggie

#

Moxxie, Millie and Luna / AD, Nifty, Husk and maybe Alastor are all supports with their own characters and/or backstory

#

I think Millie is fine as she is but would love and really want to see her doing more for herself (as she is going to be doing soon)

I think it's a bit tiring to complain when Viv has already confirmed Millie will be explored more, but not going to be as tragic and dark as everyone else-

Millie has had like no characterization, and you can very much tell that the show’s original concept was just the duo of Moxxie & Blitzo

I feel like they shouldn’t have shipped her out without thinking about it and not just making Millie a southern sticky note on Moxxie

And it’s a slap to the face to be on season 2 and have half of IMP have so little characterization

It’s much easier to write an episodes with a dark background in mind

But honestly, who the hell cares when we’re getting it, cause we’re getting it-

It’s annoying to see people complain about it because ‘guess what, she’s getting an episode and maybe more in the future! Just be patient jeez writing takes time and making the episode good for her might take longer then episodes like blitzo and moxie focused ones.’

It’s not always good to just have a character be barely involved and then just wipe them out from the story suddenly

They were barely involved in the story so they gave them a small scene to keep the viewer knowing of what they were up to while the main story went on

It’s like one off comedy cut aways

But even then it was just one scene then never again until the VERY end

So it was hardly a big deal

The entire scene of Moxxie and Millie going to win the thing in S1 Ep2was just as, if not more pointless
