The problem is that on a systematic level, mental hospitals haven't really achieved what they're supposed to do for everyone (only for a specific group of people). As someone who's been to one, for someone like Orion it will never help him, medication, group therapy, stress-relieving activities, and meets with your assigned psych/therapist isn't meant for someone with severe issues like Orion because the idea is to understand your faults and to rehabilitate. Orion while admitting to some form of mental illness, wouldn't want to admit to their real issues of possible narcissism-- they want to admit to issues that were "inflicted by others".
