||chapter 35 was oddly funny i absolutely love chaotic scenes with lots of characters, and mora (maura?) figuring it all LOL
and then ronan had to fight adam’s dad. and adam lost the hearing in his left ear.||

as originally expected, i loved this book. it was everything i remembered, and plus i got to note down subtle hints for future books. ||i think it's an immaculate mix of small-town fiction, comedy and fantasy. i adore the psychic/paranormal element i think that's really interesting to read about. and once again, my love for utter chaos and confusion in books is satisfied with this one. the 300 fox way gang and the gancey gang together was possibly the highlight in this book for me. i loved every single one of the characters, even the antagonist. he was locked up in the boot of his car and all he cared about was the crumbs? dude is not okay. plus the ending with ronan saying he snatched chainsaw out of his dreams? the depth of the characters and the book in general is another fact i admire a lot.|| im not going to rate this because i don't like rating books.

i would like to add that as the audiobook was ending, a loud music drowned out the words for a second and i thought someone was breaking in jumpscare

Anyway final thoughts ||yeah everyone was right, this did pick up a little, but I was still not interested. Idk why, I’m just over lay lines in fantasy. Just fantasy fatigue maybe? I should stick to my scifi binge I’m on now.

Blue was kind of an interesting character, but I kept feeling confused about whether she was romantically interested in Adam of Gansey (idk if that’s how you spell it). I never got a strong sense of that either way and I feel like I ended the book with a “three tickets to challengers” vibe. The Noah being dead thing was actually pretty interesting, but then Blue just spent the rest of the book “are you here with us Noah?” And that made me giggle. I will prob give this book 3 stars cause that’s my generic rating if I didn’t love it and didn’t hate it, but I won’t be continuing the series||

i’m bound to agree, i think the relationship between ||blue and adam|| could have been explored more, lol, even though i got the feeling that ||they’re not meant to be endgame||. i also thought that everyone took ||noah czerny being a ghost|| a little too unseriously? i would freak out.
