or destroy it, and let the sands flow free, chancing that the world will end up as in the mirror

realizing that when he smashed the mirror, he fractured time instead of letting it flow free
he starts trying to find all the shards, at first to try and fix his mistake
but trying to find the shards, leads him to his old friends, one by one
and along the way, he learns that there is no way to "fix" what he did properly
and remembering why he broke it in the first place
so at the end of the book he is again presented with a choice
repair the mirror and have the world go back to what it was before
or own up to his mistake and try and make the current world a better place for everyone to live in
together, with his friends

Haha, same here! Since the beta in 2014 I have about 3.500 hours in ESO, and probably as much in RS since 2007 😆 🤓
Generally speaking, ESO is currently in a very good state (but the performance in the PvP zone have been neglected by the devs and isn't as fun as it was some years ago). But the game itself have recieved very good updates this year, with adding companions (!) and a lot of QoL improvements. House guests have also been introduced, which you can "program" to walk around inside/outside your own homes alongside pets and mounts, merchants/bankers etc:D
And the last major update for this year came 2 days ago, with a new DLC. It was actually even free to the ones that owned the previous chapter (chapter = extra large DLC, ish). And so there is a steady stream of new players joining the world of ESO 🙂 And the community is still very good and very little toxic! 😄
I think a lot of people that got disappointed with New World hopped on to ESO instead, and luckily ESO have done a lot to make it really easy for new players to jump stright into the fun, and to do whatever they want. Even if it's just to make nice houses and never even step into the wilderness ^^

I had one bug that I couldn't trace back to a source problem .. all I could do was create a data fix program to correct the data when it got corrupted. It only happened on their computers not ours and the first few times they sent their data in ... despite it being months long the customer was happy I was keeping them in the loop rofl

yep, sounds like it.. if you want to be Windows 11 compliant make sure its a 10th/11th generation processor ( in case you didn't know ) with TPM 2.0. That's the reason I and my mother need to upgrade at some point over the next few years .. we're on 4th generation I7s that don't have TPMs. 🤣

well needless to say, i added wayyyy too much flour and only 1 egg. so i had a super hard time getting everything to stick, and when i tell you they were so dry and hard after i finally got it to somewhat stick and cooked it, to this day ive never tried making them again 😂
