my personal experience from it happening is the ones in TERA which is already known to be skimpy, but theres all sorts of normal races to make skimpy and then theres THAT group of people that put on the skimpy stuff for the small child race

I don't know if you have ever directly interacted with one but it's surreal. They honestly don't look anything like dogs in person. Like some pictures can make them look like more traditional dogs but honestly the way they move and sound is totally different.

Yeah they were great. But they had like... hypodermic needles for teeth and they bite EVERYTHING. They tore up like two pairs of my shoes and they don't even care if you are wearing them. I had one bite my foot right through my shoe while I wasn't paying attention. They def aren't the kind of pet I would just get because they are cute and I have had a dog before. It's a totally different battle.

Tolkien's works were THE inspiration for High Fantasy, but pretty much everyone went in a different direction; DnD especially, and it was DnD that most people copied. This is also the reason for my personal confusion regarding another person in this Discord using an "elven" word that didn't look elven at all because the vast majority of works use something akin to DnD elven grammar while she(?) was using Tolkien elvish. Because of that, the grammar of her naming structure was completely off from what you normally see.

Now I have, interestingly, seen multiple works where orcs were basically "cursed" elves, but normally "cursed" elves are drow (dark elves), with I think Drowtales being an exception because, at least in the Sci-Fi variation of that franchise, drow were the only species on their planet.

Tolkein is my inspiration for world building and writing! I'm still working on my project that I hope to release one day, but I've always been enthralled by his worlds and how he structured things! Not so much from DnD. I'm also drawing inspiration from Warhammer 40k, not in its grim dark brutal future, but moreso in how detailed and how much thought goes into the tiniest things.

Well, as I've said before, humans focus entirely on quality of life for their development, and another person pointed out that includes quality of death (ease of killing in war so less casualties for humans). Humans, therefore, entirely focus on the livelihood of their species, and are very prolific (not as much as goblins, maybe, but still). So it's inevitable that humans would eventually start becoming a force to be reckoned with; it just takes time, which is why elven empires usually run unopposed long before humans make any kingdoms at all.

Humans end up becoming really, really good at tactics using their numbers on the battlefield, over time, which lets them eventually defeat orcs and even elves.

Humans had that sort of QoL because they ran almost entirely unopposed by other species and races who would deem them as threats, so without access to certain resources, and without being able to expand their lands, they would probably be treated as an invasive species in the long run, and other races would develop their technology to further hinder human development. Sure, Humans did have competition from other humans, but in the long run they all traded both resources and information to help their endeavor in creating both new technology and resources.

Well, humans are initially migratory by default. I think they'd spread around and only the "lucky" ones would start the nations, but then others would follow.

Then again, it also depends on visionaries. The Inca for instance built an empire super ridiculously fast but then got discovered by Spaniards and wrecked. The Inca empire was an excellent example of an early developed human nation in a fantasy world; but you're right that "bad luck" can then ruin even that.

And if humans do try to move to a defensive keep like this, elves would either give them the benefit of the doubt or just use superior technology to make them bend to their knees

My main was a Zandalari Druid Horde Side and a Dranei Pally Alliance side. The former was an archeologist dad character and the latter is just a dumb butt who loves farming in pandaria and making friends.

So I ended up just exploring a bit, and then getting blocked by grinding gating, and eventually I just ended up sitting somewhere a lot doing nothing but watching YouTube, so I decided I didn't want to play it anymore

Battle/PvP Clerics
These are the clerics that have very strong Magic Attack, but low HP and defense. Int build clerics have high magic attack making it easy for them to solo any dungeon as long as they are also geared properly. These clerics will rely heavily on the shields they can cast to absorb incoming damage and self-heals. These clerics put the word Hard Hitter in INT.

Clerics also had increased damage against demons and undead. So basically, find a grinding spot with those, destroy them, grind to be OP quickly.

Anyway, Aika was controversial because people ignored the fact that the Prans were actually basically the PC's daughter that you raised, instead people claiming "Loli!" so it got a bad rep.

So Maid Marian was NOT a game. It was a game site. It had Club Marian (which had cars) and Sherwood Dungeon (dungeon crawler).
