I think it was just conservative thinking of her side, she also made another comment that was not very sensitive "Hamsters aren't expensive to get, so some bigger operation wouldn't be worth it", i mean my little buddy is my little buddy he's more worth then i payed for him and it's not nice to say something like that if i know he's got something that could kill him (abscess on the pawn). Though he's fine now after getting some medicine (and he's 2 years old).

But she was also the only vet who accepted hamsters currently all the other "small animal" vets only took in dogs/cats.

My jobs pretty easy usually, I work for a specific part of the project and we don't handle as much as some of the other departments. But now I have to help develop training material and I'm stressed about it lol

when I write up training documentation I just go through daily routine and take snippets of what I do related to that topic. Like if it is training on MySQL I write up where we have each type of DB, then where to find configs, then the usual pitfalls and close with useful links from other tutorials. It makes a good skeleton of a document and then you expand on each part as you go. One thing to remember all training material can be improved, so do not sweat 🙂
