Ascendance of a Bookworm is really good. It's kinda like Doctor Stone, but in a medieval period rather than stone age. And the protagonist focuses a lot on the more 'feminine' arts, stuff like sewing, weaving, and personal hygiene. The plot is that the main character is a woman reborn in the body of a chronically ill little girl in a medieval world where only the nobility are literate; she dedicates herself to reinventing the wheel so to speak in order to make books cheap and affordable in this new world.

Oh yeah, Interviews with Demi-humans is a good one. It's basically a world where a very small percentage of humans are born as either vampires, succubi, dulluhans, or yuki-onna, except that the myths are blown way out of proportions, and the reality is that vampires are mostly harmless, dulluhans aren't evil or undead, succubi can't control their lust compulsion, and yuki-onna just run really cold.
