Without the slowdown in that chat room

This mini game would require a lot of patience, skill and teamwork from your party. Depending where you placed your rod, you would have slightly increased odds of getting a bite but at the expense at getting some kind of seasick debuff.

First idea^

When you do happen to get a bite, you first have to get the the back of the boat to reel the fish in and depending where you are on the boat, you have to cooperate with your teammates and they must moves their rods out of the way so you can get to the back of the boat

The fishing mini-game would play out a lot like how fishing normally goes in Palia, just much more intense.
Even after finishing the fishing minigame you are not done yet, as a teammate has to catch the fish with a net and then you’re done

I'm def up for SOME KIND of big game fishing or boat fishing. FFXIV has something called ocean fishing where you go out on the water and its such a great feeling. I'd totally love to go out with a dozen or 2 people onto the ocean or under the water and catch some fish!

Luckily, all the S6 devs I've interacted with so far seem very wholesome, so you're probably good to hug them all, so long as you have permission. If you try to hug Whoa, there's a chance you might phase directly through him because I'm not convinced he's real.

Same. My plan was to play with LEMKINADE but I couldn't really get in the game at the same time as he was. And yeah, I'm enjoying the game but I think I'm doing it mostly with optimism that it will get better. As the quests I'm currently doing are pretty tedious and the weapons aren't quite as fun as I heard they'd be yet.
