As far as how to separate the two, it's always tricky. I like working with projects I'm truly passionate about. That's so helpful for so many reasons.

Authenticity is super important for me when creating a community. I don't want to feel like I'm tricking people, but rather build something genuine.

That said, I do try to keep work/life balance and the team has been really good about reminding me to take breaks and step away. ^^
