It's a "normal" visual glitch. It happen when a plant is place in more than 1 plot. For fix it you just nead interact removing weed or watering but this glitch happen wverytime your house slot is loaded.

I've realised what's making the plot lag, still unsure how it's actually working behind the scenes though.
Every time you load into the plot, everything is fine, you can move furniture around and place new one.
Every time you put a piece of furniture into your inventory it gradually gets worse and worse to the point where you have no choice but to reload into the plot to reset it.

it's definitely possible but it's one of thos ethings where most people who hit fishing level 10 already spent a while fishing in ponds - so it'd be normal to see it before 10 for non-bugged players. I'd definitely want to see a poll because more data is always better - but if we could get people to spin up a few new accounts, fish anywhere BUT ponds until level 15 or so (since we know 10 isn't a cutoff with someone getting it at 11) - and then start trying for it

You actually get 13 worms and 32 ferts from a 471 value cake, or 314 non starred.
This is because the ingredients for such cakes are 3x apple jams, which are more expensive and provide a better turnover for worms and ferts.
The total adds up to 645 per cake, which will supposedly be better once they fix the star vs non star thing

i mean for me i love logging in and playing with my farm, sorting out my crops and making some jam with the very limited time i have to play the game it allowed me to gain money to do other things, slowly helped me get to 9 farms just annoyed i put all that time in to be stopped at 9 farms. it's a very rare spawn in bahari bay, quite unlikely to just stumble across it so you may need a dowsing rod or to pay attention to chat as people will call them out sometimes. i think you may get a couple from certain quests as well.

that depend on the number of days you tend to the garden per irl day. At 15 days (and adjusting processing rates since they go over 100% for both) my profit calculator gives me rice>corn at 18g/h (0.3%). But i haven't included fertilizer cost yet (should be lower for rice, since it requires more frequent harvests) and additional seed chance from crafting (this probably does not change much). At 14 days corn layout looses by 100g/h (mostly because it only uses 28,4 machines while the rice one still overproduces). I'd still go with the corn one, more consistent replanting.
I will release my spreadsheet soon, so you can check or point errors in my computation. Note: i haven't done proper speed boost calculations. my early testing gives 25%-33% chance for double growth. I use 25% for now, but at higher chances corn gets better. It's supposed to be 50% so when they fix it corn should win. At 33% chance and that 14 day example, rice wins by only 9g/h.

Gazebo is for housing slots! You can obtain these by going to your house and clicking on the H menu. There is a dropdown at the top to purchase more housing slots- you'll have to buy three of these for 50k, 75k, and 100k respectively. Then, after that, you go to the townhall and buy a gazebo blueprint, take it home, then throw resources in to make it. This counts as a room.
