Gazebo is for housing slots! You can obtain these by going to your house and clicking on the H menu. There is a dropdown at the top to purchase more housing slots- you'll have to buy three of these for 50k, 75k, and 100k respectively. Then, after that, you go to the townhall and buy a gazebo blueprint, take it home, then throw resources in to make it. This counts as a room.

There are a maximum of 8 chests for storage (more with other plots was an exploit and has been patched). To get more storage, you'll want to upgrade to copper chests, which are at the register in Tish's store (not from Tish herself). The first upgrade is a recipe for 25,000 and there's an iron one after. Outside of that, the only option is 3 lockboxes, which store 100 each but hide the item from being crafted with etc.

They can only wear down /break once upgraded (starting at copper).
Makeshift tools have infinite durability IIRC.
On the overworld UI whatever tool is equipped will have a gold ring around it = durability indicator.

When you fish in a new location, it's worth throwing out a first cast just to see if you're fishing in the right waterways. Check whatever comes up to make sure it's considered a river.

I doubt that's the problem, but it might be worth checking all the same.

Try and get any fishing buffs you have if you can. Fisherman's Brew, the hooks from Einar (there's a weak one you can make), fish stew, sushi, sashimi. Even catching a 5 person party buff will help.

its not supposed to but some people have complained about a bug making the fert disappear, i haven't experienced it but it seems to be people who stack really high amounts on at once

sicne tomatoes take 4 days to harvest you could put 4 down when you plant them and probably be good to save yourself the work of doing it each day

ive even had the opposite happen actually. I stacked like 10 fert, then when i harvested the plant after 4 days or whatever it was, the soil "untilled" and i had to hoe it again, and when i did the remaining fertilizer appeared again despite the soil coming untilled

Wait,l I thought you meant when you have 3 plots (i.e., the twofree ones plus a purchase.) You need to BUY 3 additional plots? That's...150k gold or something

you should have started with 1 Default and 1 free New Slot, if you purchased 3 and 4 you still have to buy 1 more. The achievement is to purchase 3 slots.

Duskwing is easiest to get behind the Shrine. If you use a honey lure at the right time this will pull a duskwing & a spotted mantis.

So I am trying to level up my bug catching from level 9 to level 10 it's like 3/4 of the way maybe maybe 2/3 but I've been bugcatching for hours at this point not consecutively cuz got to take a break but it's been quite a while and I'm starting to think maybe I'm doing it wrong I have the best bell you can get I have the exquisite belt but I'm only using standard smoke bombs and I would think that those would work to boost your level just as well as any other smoke bomb Am I wrong should I be doing something else and yes I am eating to have my focus up as well but it still seems like I'm not making any progress

Some people got two free plots at the start of the game apart from their starting plot, but these do not factor into the 3 plots you buy (nor have they, anyway). The gazebo hasn't been awarded to anyone for free- only the windmill (which nobody understands why, still).

It's not possible to spend 150k and unlock the gazebo.

They are not. Random people got a second free plot. Random people got a free windmill. Not everyone started with three plots, and these three plots do not count toward the accomplishment in any fashion.

Also, what do people mean by windmill? When I started the game I got a little tiny desk toy thing. I thought the purchaseable windmill at city hall was a big thing more like the ones in the fields in the village (well, maybe scaled to house size, but still)
