You can use your gardening medallions on it, but it's a bit expensive. You can get apples through Zeki's lucky machine in his shop at a low chance or through ||Relationship 3 with Zeki|| and ||Relationship 3 with Nai'o||

my best option for farming silk is to farm iron/palium...because you are getting auto-spawned silk millipedes 10% of the time and you are usually the only one close enough to kill it first, two birds with one stone (and no competing silk farmers nearby)

Housing doesn't love a T/L placement for some reason. There is a workaround with a hallway where you just need to place the rooms in the order you'd like and then move them back to connect. Here's an example:

game unfortunately sees the neighboring harvest house as obstructing it even though it isn't. what you can do is attach it to the large room behind a hallway or other room and then detach both at the same time by clicking and holding the large room that was attached to the back of the harvest house and place it back there. since the large room on the side will already be attached, it will no longer give you placing errors since it won't check for it.

so 1) fertilizers dont get used if another crop is already giving that crop the same affect otherwise they are used once per day. this includes quality up and quantity up fertilizers though if it has been applied once during the grow phase it applies to the harvest so you dont need to time it or anything. someone did the detailed math on it after getting data from 81 harvests and it gains a % for each day its fertilized, and i didnt save it so i dont know the exact math but they confirmed it does gain effect by using it every day

you can lay down multiple layers of the same type of fertilizer also when you plant the plant, so if a crop takes 4 days to grow you can drop 4 fertilizer on the plot and it will show "(boost name) 4", then each day you will see it go down by 1. so next day would be (boost name) 3, etc

You can have a limit of 8 Wooden Chests that hold 400 each for a total of 3200 storage. You can get "Safe Storage" chests from Tish that hold 100 items each, limited to placing 3 "Safe Storage", and these chests will keep any items inside them from being used for recipes/crafting. You cannot upgrade "Safe Storage" chests. You can upgrade the Wooden Chest to Copper Chest that hold 825 each by purchasing the recipe from Tish's register for 25k gold. You can upgrade those chests to the Iron chests that hold 1250 items each by purchasing the recipe from Tish's register for 100k gold.

tomato is not necessarly the best one (in my opinion). Depends how much you AFK between play sessions. 31 tomatoes in a seed collector give you 1302 minutes of offline before they are gone, 31 potatoes will give you 2604 minutes of offline.

and if you dont want them, you can right click on the item and pick Throw Away to delete them. But i dont think quest items can be deleted in case they use them later for other quests or revamp some old quests in updates

it will increase the chances, but not guarantee it, unless you are farming 25+

i use all star crops, paired with strategic crop planting to up the quality, it gives more star than non star crops on average

i was using 1 quality boost fert per in game day until i started using the planting pattern from the website i found. other people have suggested other layouts, but i was using the 2 9x9 patterns on this page https://mmo-wiki.com/palia/advanced-gardening-guide-to-palia/#The_Money_Maker_9000

some people have layouts they say make more but this one works for me so meh

doing some stupid math
The full life span of a blue berry bush gives 6 berries each and since my farm uses 4 of those I get 24 each harvest for a total of 96 berries

Each cake costs 4 berries to make, 1 normal berry and 3 jams so that means i get to make 24 sets of cake total or 72 cakes
turning them into worms and fertilizer will give me 520g each cake which means I get roughly 37k after a full harvest along with 57k with my farm giving me 94k total

the berries are boosted with harvest +

Im still not sure about how effective the farm is tho

Im using 9x9 full tomatoes. Harvest, use 90 in glow worm farm, and put 30 in 7 different seed collector. Then sell extra seeds

Im farming 81 star seeds to fill 9x9 now

tomato all requires you to constantly water it and gives less cash, i'd suggest making use of plant effects to not spend too much time watering tho the game is yours to play so play it however you want I just like to make money because it reminds me of stardew valley

^ to add, it's less cash because of a) all the time you waste watering, as well as b) the fertilizer you have to use for harvest boost (and if you're < 25 farming, you miss out on quality too)

also another note, replace the rice with cotton for the time being as you will need the quality crops turn the quality crops into quality seeds then plant it and only then you should replace the cotton with rice when everything is quality seed(same story for the rice, just slap regular fertilizer on them 3x each and it should give you 1 quality crop for 4 quality seed)
