So, this might work - Press C to open the character menu, Move the workbench to any free slot in the bottom row. Exit character menu, select any item other than the workbench, then try the workbench again. Also if you haven't submit a ticket, please do!

uhm. So. There is an issue with the furniture and im not sure if this is known, i know the ancient chest not moving is known but this is wild

I had furniture in a makeshift tent, and i got my house built, so i was like "okay ill just press ctrl and move all the furniture into the house" ...apparently its not that simple

All the items i moved into the house moved with the tent when i moved the tent, i could not remove the tent bc of the items still counting as inside the tent.

I, upon figuring this out, figured i should pick up all interior items and putting them in storage, which eventually cleared things up and i could remove the tent but this was overall a huge difficulty

If you're just starting out, my advice is to focus on hunting first, as it's easy to do, arrows are cheap to make and plentiful, and you'll make some good startup cash right off the bat. Grab the first bag upgrade from the general store as soon as you can, then head back out with empty bags and hunt until you're overloaded. Warp home, sell everything, and you'll have 500g easy in no time. If you're good with a bow you can easily make 1000g in no time.

Also, be sure to keep your focus maxed by eating food while you hunt. Max focus increases the amount of xp you get from doing tasks. That's why my usual routine is to fish and cook. I eat to max my focus then sell whatever is left. Then go do what I want.

Before using phoenix shrine I was using 4-5 focus per fishing at 250 max focus and 20 or 25% bonus.
After using phoenix shrine I'm now using up to 19 focus per fishing at 250 max focus and 55% bonus.
So if I was gaining 100 xp per fish for 5 energy, after upgrades I now gain 155 xp for 20 energy... wtf?
Upgrading made everything significantly worse.

You do not need to be online for progression to continue (your farm will keep growing things while offline, and your sawbench for example will keep making planks) As for hunting, sometimes even if you do not hit a target at all, you might be able to share the drop. It happens now and then.
