Not really at all.. for gossamer veil lure in kilima, heres a spot I recommend along the pathway.
use a lure there between 6pm to 3am. But rather start at 6pm. You will get a few there that way.
best hrs to lure between 6pm and 11pm.

You can get them relatively easily by touring plots on the tour board for tickets (weekly achievements as well as a cumulative one all the way at the bottom for a tea/coffee nameplate after tier 2) and those nameplates are pretty inexpensive (not that many tickets) and cute!
