I think that's rather bc that dialogue is a reaction to you wearing a pin from other Majiri or having romance relationship points with others, doesn't mean they're canonically poly though? It's okay that everyone interprets the characters as they like but I think that it's simply not taken into account for the gameplay and you can simply date everyone without consequence

It's an issue yeah, and the "fix" is depending on if you're on switch (seems to just not work at all when it decides not to) or pc (you can usually successfully reassign it after changing zones)

those would be flares, we shoot flares to notify locations of palium ore or dari , heart drop lilly mostly in bahari & also flow tree groves

at the stroke of midnight in game (so, hourly, irl), there is something players have collectively called “the grove”. it is a collection of flow trees that is located in one of… eleven (i believe?) spots on the bahari map. you can see it very well if you approach it, it has a distinct magenta aura about it and like i said, you can hear it. it is usually in northern bahari, but sometimes in southern bahari. look at in game chat and you will usually see people call out where it is on the map. in any case, your best bet for finding flow trees is staying on the northern half of the map of bahari. by “northern”, i mean that it’s kind of split by that big white ruins bridge.
