Getting into off topic material now but I will say most bows have adjustable draws, so if you do get one, make sure you get one with a range that suits your needs as a beginner as well as has a fairly large range above that so as you develop your muscle groups and get stronger, you can increase it incrementally! It just takes a small allan wrench usually

Things I've found that help not getting stuck (if it's not a bug itself) is to hold a tool in your hand like an axe while cooking, and making sure your stations aren't touching each other. Also, use unstuck and if you're trying for an achievement, it sometimes helps to have your stations just on your second or an empty plot right by the entrance so if you're forced to use unstuck, it's only a short distance away from the stations to run back so your food doesn't get ruined.

I've been trying to collect data about this, can you provide a few details about what you were doing before you got blinded?

So far the list of potential causes for random cases of extreme white screen flash (can be permanent until a reload) is as follows:

• *removed snowballs from list to avoid conflating the issues
• simply loading your smelter
• opening a potato pod
• just on plot decorating, running around, using the tool wheel, exiting a menu, or switching plots [note that some report changing from a snowy plot skin to the base game one can do this as well]
• using the tour board: can be caused during tours on other plots, if you afk for a few minutes while touring, or going home after tours
• cake party activities (possibly some exiting of a cooking mechanic?)
• the literal sunrise in game
• opening storage chests, closing storage chests
• quick wardrobe changes using the saved outfit wheel
• changing map zones(?)
• accessing or exiting the premium store
• afking on plot for a short time
• aurora plot skin potentially has a higher chance of whitescreening

All I did was return to my plot from Kilima(I was getting hooks from Einar), I was idle for like 2 minutes and all of a sudden when the sun rose, it flashed me with this bright light and got brighter after 30 seconds. My screen when total nuclear white.
