There are several building limits currently in place. The over all decor limit is 3k, the building item limit is 30 buildings, but the limit of buildings you can add onto a harvest house or grand harvest house is 15 rooms. Is that what you're asking about?

It's like this: when you go to the underground and buy some or several items and then teleport to your land and return to the underground, there will be new things there.
