Space -can- be an issue if you like to keep hundreds of the same thing. As you progress you'll figure out what you use most of. I don't cook much at all, so i rarely have more than 10 ea of any cooking ingredient. I also don't keep much flint or plant fiber (Unless I'm crafting something that needs it, then I go out and get what I need for that) I would highly recommend biting the bullet and getting the larger storages. The more content they add, the more space you'll need

you will run out of space there also with the upgrade - lol - note get 3 of the locked ones also for an extra 300 storage and put all your decor in them ( 0 space ) so you dont have to scroll through it in your reg ones

The only thing you might have a 'hard time' getting are the rare bugs/fish/ruby. Pretty much everything else is easy to get. Just take your time. Enjoy the game. If it becomes a chores, it's no longer entertainment ;)

Party hosts are generally chill if you accidentally make the wrong ingredient, just let them know. Only role where you can mess something up is oven, where you'll burn it if you get distracted and don't take it out. But in that case generally one more batter is made and baked

Nope, spreading the fruit frosting onto a cake layer. Works the same as mixing but done at the prep station

I did not join cake parties for a long long time. I did join a random one (invite from in game) and it was a disaster. (Probably brand new host) Never touched another one. Jumami talked me into joining one of hers. It was ... delightful. She's engaging, organized, if something goes occur, she's quick about resolving it. I had a blast. Also have joined Hime Kitsu a time or two. I'd highly suggest doing shorter ones. 30 - 50 cakes. Then try a longer one. And try someone established. Check out #1143270926394335282 if you haven't yet.

Are you making rounds? Try bringing up daisies on https://paliamaps.com/index.html if you're not familiar with where they spawn. Go all around the norther Bahari map, pick -everything- (you can sell or delete what you don't need). Go around a second time. You should see a few, by your 3rd trip around you should see many.

I simply pick all the seeds (only the seeds) and put into lock box then I place the flowers ( mature ones that gave seeds) into my regular box since it’s decor it will be unlimited space 😉

Yea trees and other things count on all plots (see pinned msg for full list) but flowers only count on the plot they on. I used to have all my flowers on one plot until I went decor crazy. You could even just not collect the seeds until you needed to replant...... use the flowers themselves as storage lol

you can decorate more than one plot, and have one on the board whilst the other is editable

you cannot edit plots that are available for home tours, so having more than one plot you can swap in and out and have different themes/ideas for is primarily it. also, a lot of older players already have fully decorated "main" plots so other plots allow them to experiment without changing everything / deleting everything theyve done

More plots to decorate with different ideas. Or like my main plot is my house and forest with bugs on trees. My second plot has my garden, all my crafters, working kitchen plush food and plushie display. Buildings don't copy over. You have to buy more for each plot

It gives you significantly more room in your inventory space. Arrows, bug bombs, bait, etc. used to share the same spaces as your regular inventory, which meant we had to go back and empty them constantly. Now there's more space so you can go for longer mining/hunting/foraging/whatever runs

If you don't want to use a specific starred ingredient, you can put it in the lockbox and it will use unstarred

You can do some quests for the npcs and other than that there are two games on a schedule. The market goes from 6pm until 3 pm gametime. At 8pm you have the balloon popping game at teh docks and at 12.10 am there is the chapaa chase

You earn tickets, which you can spend for stuff. Spending tickets gives you a chance to get a token for zeki's claw machines. If you spend tickets on an item that is worth more then 6k tickets, you are guarenteed a claw machine token
