I think you can start again to romance if you change your mind.

As a side note, you can romance all villagers at once with no consequences

yes! One section is them growing, once they grow, I get the seeds, put away the seeds, and move the flowers to the fully grown 'pick a flower' plots. Then I take the seeds back out and replant, until the 'pick a flower' plots are full. I'm filling them up just now. It's for decorating my other plots, this one is just flower (and tree) growing plot.

Everything can be done solo as well, but also in a party.

The formula is fairly simple once you get used to it, at least for me as a fan of interior design and an artist I think that's why I like the clutter and making it feel "homey" and "lived in." Before books and the gourmet set I was totally lost though it was a dark time

speaking of, anyone else thing the Tunning Fork is useless? The Hunting Horn, I get. The Ore Compass I've never used but also get it. Palium can be rough to find. But the Tunning Fork.... I-It literally just tells you where the starred fish bubbles are, which are not only obvious but are way too easy to find if you know what body of water your fish are in
