Yup, and from the block you want to keep you can build outward, but the anchor needs to remain. It's up to you how you want to hide it. You could use your anchor as a part in a different build

If you make like a line of 10 blocks, and group select on the 4th block, the chance is high that that 4th block is your pickup point. You can then only connect that to your future anchor. Sometimes with large builds it also automatically reverts to a random block in the center as the pickup point, it can be quite frustrating.

try the inventory full method. I usually split my food stacks, but you can also split the items you are collecting until you get inv full. then all excess items will go to you house inventory, and if you need to pick something new that's not in your bags already you merge a stack.

also in bahari you have Hunting vendor and Mining vendor, you can sell hunting and miing stuff to Hassian and Hodari

I've been playing Palia a while and i would like to suggest game feature to the dev.
I'd like to know what you think about it :). If you like the ideas you can react

1. Weekly wants specially for lovers. Once unlock the romance with a NPC they could request specific "lover" gifts (other than chocolate box and flower)
2. Alchemy skills: guild shop would be Tamala, we could have potion that increase Luck, or a potion that gives more ressources (for exemple i chop a tree that bring me 6 woods. Will be 8 with a potion)
3. Houseplot: Decorating the house (without the roof) while in houseplot menu. (like in the sims ?)
4. Houseplot: More use to having several housing plot. Ex: if i have 5 housing slot, i have more soil to grow vegetables.
5. Winning free cosmetics (hair/clothes) through Accomplishment/event or quests. (doesn't replace the actual shop ofc)

You don't have to "party" up to do a cake party, the only reason you'd use the actual party system is for the Grow Together Furniture. A cooking party is just a few people cooking together, but I understand having issues, until switching to my laptop recently I crashed on switch probably 5 times an hour.

also when you use honey lure make sure you are getting rid of all the bugs spawning, at a certain point the bugs in one area reach a cap and no more will spawn until you get rid/catch the ones already there

Yeah, indeed. I've been with some people that drop a lure and scare away all of the most common bugs to get to the uncommon and rares. I'm too hoardy to do that LOL I try to zing a bomb at everything then pick up like crazy

you could also do some server hopping, I dunno if buzzy jar works on Duskwing butterflies but what I would do is activate one and keep going in and out of my plot and to the shrine to hop servers, that way I am not waiting for the bug to spawn but I am checking if any other server already has it spawned in

Server hopping just takes more time. That's how I got my last few starred bugs, raspberry beetle being the last. You have to exit the map not just go stable to stable.

Look on the bright side. EQ was my favorite player housing until I found Palia. I love that they have themed sets of housing objects for every region of their game. And the player housing is really pretty. However, you have 5, maybe 8 stationary spots to put an item per room. That's it. You can't place things where you want to.

My understanding was that but that it also burns it quicker, so that’s why I had been hesitant about raising the bonus too high! I saw someone say to keep it ratio-ed like if you have 500 keep it at 50%, if you have 700 keep it at 70% but my brain turns to mush when it’s time to math

Well, there is really no rush to do anything. I put down this game for six moths, and I'm surprised by the new amount of content. But you trully are in charge of what you do and when. There is no like, locked community content based on character lvl or anything like that. You do what you want, whenever you want.

My house is barebones but my tools are exquisite, hahaha. I feel getting to decorate is the prize for maxing everything out, but that's me. lol

Lately I have flared items such as large palium, heartdrop lily, and heat root but no one responds or shows up. Is this a thing now? And is it OK to harvest after flare subsides if no one shows up?

Yes you can leave a flare and just be on your way. The item will remain there longer for other people to loot. Also people sometimes call out the grid location from the map
