I assumed he was at the wrong apartment. Today I had a random person walk down to my door but then quickly go up to the 2nd floor apt.. I think people just get lost. Or they are drunk, or who knows. Some of the oysters arent registering on the achievement tracker but if you submit a ticket they will tell you exactly which one you are missing. That is what myself and others have done just to be sure

Also it turned out I had in fact gifted them all and they were able to send me the reward item, even though the achievement couldnt be unlocked still due to their internal issues ❤️ hope that helps

yea me and 9 of my buddys would get together and fish for hours then when we were all done we would split up in 3 groups and cook sashimi which scales off the quality of the fish so when u cook the legendary fish all 3 get the profit we used to save like 100 legend fishes and have days where we just did sushi for the guild since extra cooking processes more got the profit

I used the fert until recently. At i think level 25 gardening you always get star quality crops no matter what so I just sell all the fert now. Makes me decent gold

still not quite sure those numbers math out SQ Epic fish sashimi still only works out at 650 meaning you would need to be catching and cooking 77 Epic fish an hour and thats with todays fish prices
