ok, I am going to go out on a limb here and say it. I do have a problem with people piggybacking on others generosity. I have called out so many groves and lately more and more groups take advantage of that, come in, then wait for a tiny fraction, decide to chop and do not wait for anyone else, no matter if they have announced that they are on their way or not. If they are the ones discovering the groves, I understand the point, but taking advantage of other people calling it out and then being selfish is just NOT cool.

For me it hasn’t, whenever there’s been a bad experience then chat supports the ones who were done wrong. *I'd like to suggest that everyone currently here *... go to the suggestions section and beg S6 to 1. Change the way flow trees function. Change them to the function of mining nodes. That made a HUGE positive difference. or 2. Make some suggestion to relieve this issue with players not getting a much needed resource. That would be the best course of action. Air your concerns in a clear, calm manner and like other things S6 has changed for us ... they'll address the flow tree fiasco.

Just plushies that can drop but you might already have those. Regarding other worlds, you can change servers but we usually party up at home before heading wherever so I don’t often change servers for resources but many do especially with groves and other things.

Yeah, that'd be the perfect 1- 2- punch. Groves already spawn in at a set time, so perhaps they should have a set despawn time too, instead of being at the mercy of whoever finds them first. That way you'd always know a grove would be available for you and your friends from midnight to whenever, regardless of who's gotten there before you.

Best money is where you find it in this game. So far for me passively it's in farming, making seeds from the higher seed profit plants (rn, tomatoes, potatoes, bok choy, and cabbages) pickling the rest, and then feeding everything to my worm farms.

Okay so how it’s work is yes, you do need to make an investment in the beginning to garden. But one you grow your crops the first round you use a seed maker to make more. Then you continue the cycle and sell the seeds for profit. Once you raise you’re gardening skill you can buy a preserver and make more profit that way

so early in the game the first thing i would advise is just always have crops growing, and then pick up everything you see when outside. anything you hunt etc can all be sold in the sales bin. there isnt really a get rich quick scheme (apart from cake "parties") its more about doing the stuff you enjoy

you will get different answers from different people but essentially you all stand in the same place for 2 hours pressing a button to do the same action over and over about 100 times. and the way cooking works is you all get full cakes for your tiny contribution and so it is an easy if somewhat boring way to make some fast money. cooking parties with friends is a very different story in my opinion. poeple will tell you cake "parties" are done for the social element they arent its for the easy money

Oh man I could nerd out about this for a long time 😅 some ancient plants were in fact larger, likely due to increased levels of oxygen in the atmosphere. It took a looooong time for the atmosphere to reach the levels that it's at today, we can actually trace stuff like that in rocks that were deposited on like the bottom of oceans and such. As far as gravity, it's also definitely varied over time, but probably on the scale of hundreds of millions of years 😉 fun fact though, gravity isn't the same everywhere on earth today! There are slight variations in some places- nothing that we notice in day to day life but that can be measured and mapped.

This game has lots of aspects and pulls inspiration from tons of games in my opinion, so you're probably not far off! I'd say for me it's like a unique spin on the combo of an open world like BoTW/TotK, a lighter hearted Skyrim, and some elements of farming Sims like SDV and your mentioned game too! But it has lots of it's own flair and the online multi-player aspect brings in its own pros and cons. If you end up playing, hope you enjoy!

In Palia you don't feel alone like in Minecraft or isolated like in Animal Crossing.

yes, but you can never exceed 30 machines total and you will need to buy a licence for each machine regardless of what plot

so if you have 8 on the first and 4 on the second you will need to acquire 12 licences

the same as storage - it is shared across all slots so you cant have 8 iron chests for 10k on each slot but you could put 4 chests on both slots for 10k if that makes sense

It kinda can give you more storage depending on what you like to hoard. For example I have a plot for all my extra star fish and bugs. Another for flowers and flow trees. Its not much but it still takes it out the inventory.

if you chose apples this is a pretty hassle free set up, the corn with give you 50% bonus apples and the potatos and cabage will kit the trees watered. leave the non apple crops on the field and it will even become weed free once 9 have grown on the surrounding crops. if you need any more farming help let me know

Question though. Lets say I needed other crops so I planted like lets say cotton in place of the corn. But right before I harvest my apples I replanted the corn. Would I get the full buff? Just trying to not waste those hours of apple grow time if I can get like fabric in the meantime.

the way the growth buff works is a littly math-y but basically each day will give you a % chance of getting the buff, say the apples took 10 days to grow every day you had harvest boost (crops or poop) would give you a 10% chance to get the boost so if you had it for 5 days you would have 50% chance of the buff applying

because its really difficult to keep up if you are worming them if you have other machines too so im thinking swapping to the above and then having 10 preserves and 10 worms for the 5 trees, and hopefully this wont cause a crazy backlog of jam. not sure what ill grow in the space but i can grow anything lol

yea i had to pack everything else away. i have over 2000 jams to get through that worm machine

I have 13 jammers and then i sell the jam cuz i cant be bothered to wait for the worm farms too
